Preparation Suggestion:
1. Rinse melon seeds thoroughly.
2. Blend or grind into a smooth paste.
3. Add to your preferred stew or soup base (e.g., Egusi Soup, Ogbono, Vegetable Soups).
4. Cook with palm oil, seasoning, and assorted proteins.
5. Serve hot with fufu, pounded yam, or rice.
For a creamier texture, mix the ground Egusi with warm water before adding to your soup.
