Preparation Suggestion:
1. Grind Ogbono seeds into a smooth powder.
2. Heat palm oil in a pot (do not bleach).
3. Add the ground Ogbono to the warm oil and stir until it draws.
4. Add your stock, assorted meat, and seasonings.
5. Allow to cook until thick and well-blended.
6. Add vegetables (optional), crayfish, and serve with fufu, garri, or pounded yam.
