Preparation Suggestions:
Option 1: Whole Use
• Rinse briefly with water to remove dust (if desired).
• Add directly to boiling soups, stews, rice dishes, or beans.
Option 2: Ground Crayfish
• Blend into a powder.
• Use as a seasoning to add deep umami flavor to Egusi, Ogbono, vegetable soups, yam
porridge, or sauces.
